Who can register a .ae domain?
For standard .ae domains such as example.ae, registration is open. UAE residency or a UAE trade licence is not generally required.

What you do need
- Accurate registrant details: name, organisation if applicable, address, email and phone.
- A valid email address you can receive registry verification messages on.
- Payment for the registration term.
Registrant data must be correct. Registries can suspend a domain with false contact details.
Can a foreign company register .ae?
Yes — for standard second-level .ae domains, registrants outside the UAE can register. Many international companies hold a .ae to serve the Emirates market.
