Terms of Service
1. Service
BuyADomain.ae registers and manages domain names on your behalf through our accredited registrar partner. We act as a reseller; the registry of each extension sets the underlying rules.
2. Registrant obligations
You must provide accurate registrant contact details and keep them up to date. Registries may suspend or cancel a domain with invalid data.
3. Pricing and renewals
Prices are shown in AED including any applicable taxes. Renewal prices are shown before purchase but are charged at the rate applicable at the time of renewal.
4. Refunds
Once a registration is processed by the registry it cannot be reversed and is non-refundable. Failed registrations are refunded in full.
5. Transfers
You may transfer a domain away after any registry-mandated lock period. We do not charge for outbound transfers or for release of the transfer code.
6. Acceptable use
Domains must not be used for phishing, malware distribution, or activity unlawful in the UAE or the registry's jurisdiction.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected domain in the preceding twelve months.
