How fast is my domain active?
Most registrations complete within seconds of payment. A few extensions require extra registry checks and can take a few hours.
Does a domain include email or a website?
No. A domain is the name. Our guides show how to connect an email provider and a website in a few minutes.
Will my renewal price change?
We show the current renewal price before you buy. Registries adjust their wholesale prices over time, so renewals are always charged at the rate applicable at renewal.
Can I transfer a domain away?
Yes. After the registry lock period you can unlock the domain and get the transfer code from your dashboard, free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?
Domain registrations are non-refundable once the registry has processed them, which is standard across the industry. If a registration fails, you are refunded in full automatically.
Which currency am I charged in?
AED. The price you see at checkout is the price charged.
