Help

How fast is my domain active?

Most registrations complete within seconds of payment. A few extensions require extra registry checks and can take a few hours.

Does a domain include email or a website?

No. A domain is the name. Our guides show how to connect an email provider and a website in a few minutes.

Will my renewal price change?

We show the current renewal price before you buy. Registries adjust their wholesale prices over time, so renewals are always charged at the rate applicable at renewal.

Can I transfer a domain away?

Yes. After the registry lock period you can unlock the domain and get the transfer code from your dashboard, free of charge.

Do you offer refunds?

Domain registrations are non-refundable once the registry has processed them, which is standard across the industry. If a registration fails, you are refunded in full automatically.

Which currency am I charged in?

AED. The price you see at checkout is the price charged.

How to connect your domain

Pick the service you use and follow the steps. You make the changes yourself in your dashboard — nothing is changed automatically.

LovableWebsite builder
  1. In Lovable, open your project → Settings → Domains → Connect domain, and type your domain. If Lovable shows "Continue with Openprovider", click "Connect a different way" → Connect manually instead.
  2. Lovable shows an A record (185.158.133.1) for @ and www, plus a TXT record named _lovable with a verification value.
  3. In your BuyADomain.ae dashboard, open the domain → DNS settings, and add exactly those records.
  4. Go back to Lovable and click Verify. It usually turns green within an hour.
HostingerHosting
  1. In Hostinger, go to Websites → Add website → Use an existing domain, and type your domain.
  2. Hostinger shows you two nameservers (for example something.dns-parking.com). Copy both.
  3. In your BuyADomain.ae dashboard, open the domain → Who runs the DNS → Another provider, and paste them.
  4. Wait a few hours. Hostinger sets up the website and HTTPS certificate automatically.
WixWebsite builder
  1. In Wix, go to Settings → Domains → Connect a domain you already own.
  2. Choose the "pointing" option. Wix shows you an A record and a CNAME record for www.
  3. In your BuyADomain.ae dashboard, open the domain → DNS settings, and add those two records.
  4. Wix confirms the connection, usually within a few hours.
ShopifyOnline store
  1. In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Domains → Connect existing domain.
  2. Shopify asks for an A record for @ pointing to 23.227.38.65 and a CNAME for www pointing to shops.myshopify.com.
  3. Add both in your BuyADomain.ae dashboard under DNS settings.
  4. Click Verify connection in Shopify.
SquarespaceWebsite builder
  1. In Squarespace, go to Domains → Use a domain I own, and type your domain.
  2. Squarespace shows a list of A and CNAME records.
  3. Add each record in your BuyADomain.ae dashboard under DNS settings.
  4. Squarespace shows a green check once it sees them (can take up to 24–48 hours).
Google WorkspaceBusiness email
  1. In Google Workspace setup, choose to verify your domain with a TXT record and copy the value.
  2. Add it in your BuyADomain.ae dashboard as a TXT record on @.
  3. Add an MX record on @ pointing to smtp.google.com with priority 1.
  4. Back in Google, click Verify and Activate Gmail.
Microsoft 365Business email
  1. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Settings → Domains → Add domain.
  2. Microsoft shows a TXT verification record, then MX, CNAME (autodiscover) and SPF records.
  3. Add each one in your BuyADomain.ae dashboard under DNS settings.
  4. Return to Microsoft and click Verify / Continue.
