TLD and Registry Policies

Each extension has its own registry rules. These apply on top of our agreement.
.ae domains
Registrations under .ae are governed by the .aeDA registry policies, including eligibility, registrant data, dispute resolution and lifecycle rules. Accepting the .aeDA policies is mandatory at checkout for .ae domains.
Generic top-level domains (.com, .net, .org and similar)
These are governed by the relevant registry agreement and by ICANN consensus policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Transfer Policy and, where applicable, the Uniform Rapid Suspension system (URS).
Registrar policies
The sponsoring registrar's registrant terms apply in addition to this agreement. Where a registry or registrar rule conflicts with our terms, the registry or registrar rule prevails.

BuyADomain.ae is a domain name reseller operated in the UAE under trade licence no. 47033817. Domain registrations are supplied through Hosting Concepts B.V., trading as Openprovider, which acts as the sponsoring registrar. Openprovider is ICANN-accredited for generic top-level domains and .aeDA-accredited for .ae domains. BuyADomain.ae is not an ICANN- or .aeDA-accredited registrar.
